For digital downloads, you will be sent an email shortly after your payment is processed with a link to download your photos.

If you order prints, these orders will be processed by the lab and dispatched to you within their quoted timeframes (varies by product).

The watermark will not appear on any images purchased when downloaded/printed.

If you purchase a digital download, you will receive two links in the same. email, one with the Sawston Fun Run branding (branded) and one without the branding applied.

This may vary depending device.

When you tap the link in the email, it will redirect you to a webpage and the download should start automatically.

The images will then likely be in your downloads folder on your device.

Our photographers endeavour to capture as many people at the event as possible.

Please contact us and we will see if we can find any images of you.

Simply, if your face is visible, the technology should be able to find you.

If you have part or all of your face obscured during the run, then we would recommend either uploading a selfie whilst in costume, or uploading a picture you have taken of yourself on the day.

If you have any issues with finding your photos, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will try to help.

We have implemented a special subsidised photo price for digital downloads for our community as we love the Sawston Fun Run.

Single image downloads are £3.50 per photo (which drops to £3 per photo if you order 4 or more).

We use an external lab for printing so we are unable to subsidise print products.

Yes, 1/3 of the profit from sales of photos for the Fun Run will go to the Sawston Fun Run & Walk beneficiaries.
